Scholarship Disbursement Procedures
DWhen a student is awarded a scholarship from BETF or during the National BDPA Technology Conference and after the recipient student graduates from High School and is accepted into an accredited college program, he or she need to request disbursement of funds as follows:

Be prepared to submit the filling attachments when completing the form:
- A Brief Biography: Be sure to include your career goals, current major, current school, and employment experience, if any.
- An Electronic Photograph: Be sure it is a good quality, passport style photo. This photo will be for the website.
- A BDPA Testimonial: Be sure to include your most memorable BDPA Sites or HSCC moments and what impact participating in BDPA SITES or HSCC has had on you. Review current HSCC Alumni Testimonials for examples.
- Proof of Enrollment at the College or University. Proof of Enrollment can be class registration, transcript or other official correspondence from the school.
Upon receipt of the student’s application BETF will:
- Verify eligibility, disburse the funds directly to your University at the address provided (please be sure it’s accurate to avoid delays), and notify you upon completion
